This HHSR ACADEMIC POLICY the practices for The Antwan Dominique Reese Foundation, Inc. Our policy disclaimer will inform you of the following:
IF THE RECIPIENTS APPLICATION IS FOUND TO BE FALSIFIED AND/OR FABRICATED
THE HERBERT HAYNES, SR. ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE DENIED
This scholarship is ONLY for special needs youths that seek to gain a higher education. It is directly geared toward empowering our special needs community.
Student / Applicant must be receiving services from State of New Jersey (DDD) The Division of Developmental Disabilities and/or Social Security Disability in the State of New
( proof of eligibility is required ).
If chosen to receive the award, the awarded funding will be payable to the accredited institution within the students application. The award must be used for expenses related to their academic education.
The school must be an accredited institution of higher learning within the State of New Jersey. All applications must be completed in its entirety, partial applications
will not be accepted.
The number of scholarships awarded will vary each year. The amount of the academic awards distributed will depend on available funding. Award dates and submission
deadlines may vary.
